A PLT4M alternative, and what a starting price does not tell you
PLT4M's pricing page says "Plans Start At Just $500" and then asks you to get a quote. That is more than BridgeAthletic or Teamworks will tell you, and it is still not a price. A floor with no tiers above it, no roster caps and no published ceiling is a number you cannot put on a budget line.
What is actually published

So the honest reading is: $500 is the smallest invoice PLT4M will write, and what you pay depends on your school, your headcount and the conversation. That is a normal way to sell to districts. It is a bad way to be compared.
PLT4M is a PE product that also does strength
This matters more than the price and gets less attention. PLT4M's published feature list is built around the classroom: a teacher dashboard, unlimited teacher and instructor accounts, coordinating curriculum across classes, a library of health and physical education programs, and ten hours of virtual professional development. It is sold to a school, for a department, to run PE.
If what you need is a semester of structured PE for four hundred students taught by staff who are not strength coaches, that is a real product and this page is not an argument against it. If what you need is to program a football off-season for sixty athletes and see who is doing the work, you are buying a curriculum platform to get a weight room tool.

The two questions that turn "starts at $500" into a number
- What does $500 actually buy — how many students, for how long? A floor without a cap is not comparable to anything. Get the headcount and the term in writing.
- What does year two cost? Multi-year discounts are advertised, which means single-year pricing is the expensive option and renewal is where the real number lives.
