EAT/SLEEP/REP

Three jobs. One ring.

Most trackers ask you for everything and then bury you in it. This one asks three questions a day, and the whole product is built around making each answer fast enough that you still give it on a Tuesday in February.

The day

1

Eat

Scan a barcode, search the database, or photograph the plate and let it estimate. The scanner is free forever and there is no ad in front of it. You are aiming at your own calorie and protein target, not a number someone else picked.

2

Sleep

One number: hours. If you wear a watch, a ring or own a smart scale, Apple Health and Health Connect fill it in and you never type anything. Recovery is where the training actually lands, so it counts as one of the three rather than being a footnote.

3

Rep

Log the sets. It prefills what you lifted last time, does the plate math, runs the rest timer, and flags a personal best the moment you beat one. A rest day counts as done — recovery is not a missed day, and the app never treats it as one.

Close all three and the ring closes and the day counts. Miss one and it does not. That is the entire scoring system, and it is deliberately impossible to game.

Two down, one to go. The ring is the whole interface — everything else is a way of filling it in.

Then the chain

Every closed day adds a link. Miss one and it breaks and you start again at one. There is no freeze, no streak insurance and no way to buy it back, because the moment a streak can be repaired it stops meaning anything.

This is the part people underestimate. The chain is not a gimmick bolted onto a food log — it is the reason the food log still gets opened in week six, and week six is where every other tracker has already lost you.

What it will not do

It will not rank you against strangers by bodyweight. It will not put a number on your body and call it progress. There is no board anywhere in the product sorted by weight or body fat, and nutrition is always measured against your target rather than an absolute — so a 250 lb lineman and a 105 lb gymnast can both score 100.

It also will not nag you. One reminder, at a time you pick, and nothing else.

If your coach uses it

A coach can put a whole roster on one program. Sessions they assign land on your TODAY screen and you do them wherever you train. They see your training, your consistency and your lifts — never your bodyweight, your photos, your notes, or anything you logged before you joined.

You join by entering their code, that is the consent, and you can leave in one tap keeping every rep you ever logged. There is more on the coaches page.

Getting the numbers right

Most logging errors are one error: weighing something at the wrong stage. Dry oats and cooked oats read 5.3× apart, dry and cooked rice 2.8×, and raw and roast chicken go the other way. The food macros reference gives the USDA figure for twenty-four common foods with the real serving weights beside it — chicken breast and eggs are the two people get wrong most often.

For the targets themselves rather than the food, the calculators cover protein per day, calories, and the plate math at the other end of the session.

What it costs

The core loop is free forever with no ads and no paywalled scanner. Full pricing, including what a team costs, is on the pricing page.

No signup to try it. Log a meal, log last night, log a set — the ring closes and the chain starts.
