Search for what BridgeAthletic costs and you will not find out.
bridgeathletic.com/pricing returns a 404 — checked 25 August 2026 — and the
route to a number is a demo request. PLT4M and Teamworks work the same way. That is a
legitimate way to sell software. It is also a real cost to you, and it is worth naming.
What a quote-only vendor actually costs you
Three things, none of them on the invoice.
- You cannot shortlist. Comparing four vendors means four calls before you know which two were ever in your budget. A coach doing this in June is spending the part of the year they have, on discovery calls that a price page would have settled in a minute.
- You cannot budget in advance. If the number has to come out of an athletic department budget that was set in the spring, "request a demo" is not an answer you can put on a line item.
- Your price is not the same as anyone else's. When there is no list price, what you pay depends on how the call went. That is fine if you negotiate for a living. Most coaches do not.

Five questions that get you a real number on the call
If you do take the demo — and for a large athletic department, Bridge and Teamworks may genuinely be the right tools — these are the questions that turn a presentation into a quote.
- What does this cost for exactly my roster size, for one year, all in? Not per athlete, not per month, not "it depends." One number.
- What is the minimum contract length, and what happens at renewal? Multi-year is common here, and year-two pricing is where the surprise lives.
- Is onboarding or implementation billed separately? Ask before, not after.
- What does an extra assistant coach cost? Seats for staff are a separate line on several products in this category.
- If we leave, what happens to the data? Get the export format in writing.
What you give up going with a published price
Honestly: enterprise scope. BridgeAthletic and Teamworks are built for athletic departments running many sports, integrations with other campus systems, and staff hierarchies. If you are buying for a department of twenty programs, a demo call is a reasonable way to buy and this page is not for you.
