Strength software for coaches who are tired of paper, group chats and a spreadsheet nobody
fills in. Build the session, put it on the calendar, and watch it land on every athlete's phone — wherever
they train.
Football, tennis, wrestling, track, CrossFit boxes, fitness classes,
personal training. No card to start.
The roster, sorted so the athletes who need a conversation are at the top.
What you get
The whole roster, one screen
Every athlete's score, chain, sessions completed and latest personal best. Sorted so the ones who need a
conversation are at the top.
Program by calendar
Build a session from 30 movements with form diagrams, click the days it runs, and it's assigned. Athletes
see it on their Today screen and log straight into it.
Leaderboards that motivate
Rank on chains, sessions, new bests, nights slept, protein hit. Six boards, so the kid who isn't the
strongest can still top one.
One score per athlete
The ESR Score: work, fuel, rest and consistency in a single number out of 100, with the breakdown behind
it. Commitment, not talent.
Meal plans and team rules
Post what you expect — game-day breakfast, no caffeine after 4pm, text before you miss. Athletes see it
every time they open the team.
Message anyone on the roster
"Good work on the clean today." It lands in their app. Coaching between sessions is most of coaching.
Pick the movements, name the session, click the days it runs. It is on every athlete’s phone before you leave the room.
What we will not do
We will never rank your athletes by bodyweight or body fat. Not on a leaderboard, not on a
shared card, not anywhere. Put a team of teenagers on a board sorted by weight and you will cause an eating
disorder before you win a game. Every board here ranks effort and output — and a 250 lb lineman and a 105 lb
gymnast can both score 100, because nutrition is measured against each athlete's own targets.
Team rules are displayed, never policed. If you post "no alcohol in season," your athletes see
it. The app does not track it, ask about it, or report on it — and you will never see data pretending to.
Your athletes' side of it
Their TODAY screen, with the session you assigned.Their TEAM screen: score, boards, your rules, your messages.

Anything logged before they joined
An athlete joins by entering your code — that's the consent — and can
leave in one tap, keeping every rep they ever logged. Under-18 athletes can't share a performance card outside
the team until a parent or guardian approves it. The full privacy policy spells all of
this out in plain language, which is the page your athletic director will ask for.
What it costs
Squad
Up to 30 athletes
$249
per year · $8.30 per athlete or $29/month
Program
Up to 100 athletes
$599
per year · $5.99 per athlete or $69/month
School
Up to 400 athletes
$1,299
per year · $3.25 per athlete or $149/month
Athletes never pay. Not for
the barcode scanner, not for the log, not for anything. The program buys seats and the whole roster gets the full
app. Card or bank transfer at checkout — most schools pay by ACH against a PO. Need a quote or an invoice for a
district? Email us and a human will send one.
Personal trainers: the console is free, and it stays free permanently
once three of your clients are on Pro. Below that it is free too — nobody pays to try it.
How a season starts
Create the team in the console. You get a six-character join code.
Give the code to your athletes. They download the app free and enter it — that takes about a minute.
Build your first week: pick movements, click the days, assign. It's on their phones immediately.
Watch the roster fill in. Message the ones who go quiet.
