What gets written here
Two kinds of page, and nothing else. Calculators that do the arithmetic in front of you and show the formula, and comparisons where the other product's real behavior is described accurately — including where it beats this one. Every price quoted on this site was read off the vendor's own page and is dated in the copy.
What you will not find: affiliate links, sponsored placements, a listicle of twelve apps none of which anyone opened, or a calculator that holds your result back until you give up an email address. There are no ads here for the same reason there are none in the app.
Start with the arithmetic
If you are here to work something out rather than to read, the tools page has all of it in one list: what to load on the bar, what your max probably is, what to eat and how much protein that means. None of them asks who you are.
Who writes it
The people building EatSleepRep. That is a conflict of interest and it is better stated than hidden, so the rule we hold ourselves to is simple: every comparison names at least one thing the other product does better, and no claim about a competitor goes up without a link to where we read it. If you find something on this site that is out of date or wrong, tell us and it gets fixed rather than argued about.
